Terms of Service

Last updated: September 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Firewatch.io (“Firewatch”, the “Service”), provided by Weverest Solutions LLC, Malden, Massachusetts, USA (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Firewatch lets you browse and manage data in Google Cloud Firestore databases that your Google account can access. The Service acts on your instructions, using your own Google permissions, directly from your browser.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract.

3. Your data and your responsibility

  • You keep all rights to your data. We claim no ownership of it.
  • Actions you take in Firewatch (such as editing, deleting, or importing documents) change your real Firestore data immediately. You are responsible for those actions and for keeping backups. Undo is provided for convenience only and is not guaranteed.
  • You must have authorization to access and modify any project you connect.
  • How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to access data or projects you are not authorized to access;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law;
  • use the Service in violation of any law or of Google's terms for the APIs involved.

5. Plans and fees

  • The Free plan is free of charge with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans (such as Pro, $9/month) are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don't provide refunds for partial periods.
  • Prices may change; we'll give at least 30 days' notice before a change applies to your subscription.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it and, after a grace period, move your account to the Free plan. Projects you already connected stay connected.

6. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEVEREST SOLUTIONS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$50.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
